Is there a light?** A: If you push the button on the left side of the power bank a line of lights will light up on the side facing you and if there's four lights its fully charged. When you recharge it you'll know its charged when all four of the lights are lit and not blinking. **Q: Does this support pass through charging? Can I charge it while it's charging another device?** A: It does, but order is important as someone else pointed out. If the battery is charged and you plug a device into the battery, you can then plug a charger into the battery as well and it will pass-through charge. But it must be in that order. Also, there is a power button on this device. It must be turned on for any of this to work. Maybe it sounds obvious, but I didn't notice until troubleshooting the pass-through charging. **Q: For the very first time, do I need to use the charge it comes with? Or fully charge it?** A: Yes, charge it. It may show fully charged but after a few minutes it shows that it needs charged. Very good item! **Q: Can this be used for iPhone and android phones** A: Yes, if YOUR original phone cord has a male USB type A connector. With a high speed cable will charge my dead phone to 100 in about 2 hours. It lasted 3 and change charges. It does take 6 hours to charge the battery fully, if you have a good cable and charger set up. They’re nice and portable and can easily slip in a purse or back pocket. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hold Charge Well But Slow Charging *by N***R on December 8, 2023* Pro: small (size of an iphone mini) & light weight, matt finish, hard case with 2 charging ports, holds charge well. Con: slow charging. Bought these when my family went on vacation. Use them as backup power for my Gopro and emergency charger for iphones & ipads. With both power banks fully charged, they have saved our phones many times as we constantly use our phones for directions and food search during the trip. These hold their charge well. After our trip, the power banks kept their charges for 4+ months (without needing recharge showing 4 lights). Tested a fully charged power bank by charging both an iphone 12 mini (at 37% power) and 9th Gen ipad (at 27% power) using both charging ports from one power bank at the same time. After about 2 hour 45 minutes, iphone mini reached 100% and ipad reached 56% with power bank having 2 lights left showing. Then unplug iphone and continue charging ipad. Ipad reached 70% when the power bank is fully drained (no lights showing). Then use the 2nd power bank to continue charge the ipad. About 2 hours later, the ipad reached 100% with the power bank having 3 lights left.
