These are great picture hangers! Simply wet the adhesive backing, wait a minute, and then apply to back of plate. Let dry overnight, and you have a strong and invisible way to hang your plate on the wall. The only reason I deducted one star is that it won't work on certain materials, such as melamine or plastic.

I was looking for a hanger for a large, heavy platter I wanted to display on the wall. It was so pretty that I didn't want it under the big bowl that it came with any more, so I originally was looking for one of those wire hangers for plates. But my platter weighs 4.5 pounds and measures about 19 inches across the back, much heavier and larger than the normal weight and size limit of one of those wire plate hangers. And this item got great reviews and was inexpensive, so I figured why not? Let's check it out . . . and my platter has now been hanging on my wall safely for the past three days and is still beautifully on display on my dining room wall. I never would've imagined that this could work, but it does. I highly recommend this adhesive hanger for those large heavy items that can't use a conventional wire hanger. No wires to scratch your ceramic, pottery or china. Adheres very well and very easily. Highly recommended.

I used this plate hanger to display a largePlatter. It was super easy! I have use these discs several times in the past and they are excellent. It seems that they are not sold anymore at the Hardware store where I shop... if I have a future need I will order online. Top notch product at a good price...

I was discouraged with regular spring metal plate hangers I tried on this large art glass bowl I wanted to hang on the wall. Then this popped up in the search from my favorite country, England! Never dreamed such a thing existed. I followed the instructions exactly and by the next day it was secure and is now hanging on the wall. The only thing I'm not sure of is the removal, if ever desired. But the instructions say to soak it and it will loosen, so I'll just believe them for now. Appreciate this find and for a great price.

Two stars are for excellent customer service from the seller. No stars for the product, which would not adhere to the back of the plates. I followed the directions explicitly but found that all but three of the nine that I purchased were detached from the back of the plate before I attempted to hang them (after waiting the required time after adhering but before hanging). The three that hadn't totally detached were only partially attached and I had no confidence they'd hold. However, the Seller promptly responded to my concern and issued a full refund for my purchase. An excellent seller you can purchase from with confidence. Unfortunately, I can't endorse this product in the same way.

Takes some effort to apply to back of plate but love that there are no wires showing on my new plate wall. When I contacted the company by e-mail they responded very promptly and were very helpful

Took a while to get it to stick. I did put some additional glue and tape because it felt like it was going to pull away. My 3 plates are still up. Keeping my fingers crossed

Works like a charm with half a roll of duct tape!
