Classic Touch Zip Tac Self-Adhesive Shelf Liner - 9ft x17.75in (Black)

I like this shelf liner. I used it to cover a melamine board that I put my music gear on. Those boards have a thin protective coating that can get messed up easily by liquids or rough objects. This eliminates that problem.I was amazed that it was quite easy to get this on without making many bubbles, and I was able to squeeze out the few that it did make with no problem. The adhesion was better than I expected. It has not peeled from my table.

I have used this contact paper in ways unthinkable and it looks real nice. I used it to cover the scratches and repair job done on a black wooden bed in my guest room. It looks nice and worked well....not even noticeable. I also used it to cover a long shelf I use to display my jewelry on at my jewelry events rather than painting it because paint chips at times. The contact paper looks really nice on it as though it was the original color.

I buy these shelf liners to line my cake boards. I brought 3 last year and it has lasted me a whole year. I just brought 3 more. They are nice to have, I really enjoyed them. I have bought others for my cakes from places like Walmart and they are not as nice as the ones I buy here!

The matte finish almost looks a little gray or dusty. Shows finger prints or skin oil very well. Requires cleaning to keep looking its best.

Don’t really care it as soon as I put up it was hard to get the lines out even after trying to to smooth it

I don't normally trash a product I review but this time it's different. I wanted to line the inside of my tool box lid to prevent scratches. This liner is so thin it actually crinkles like sticky paper and tears easily with minimal pressure. It's difficult to smooth out even with a tool used for cell phone screen protectors. A total waste of time and money. I can't think of anything it might be good for except lining my trash container. I'll find something much better at the local dollar store.

Item came in an undamaged box, but there are imperfections all throughout the paper. I thought I could just lose a few inches and use the middle part of the roll, but once I opened it up all the way there were tiny tears and dents throughout. I would spend more money and buy a better product unless you are just covering a book or something not on display.
