QuickSTX Lacrosse Training Rebounder Self Retracting

Just purchased my 3rd one for my son. It does work and has helped his game. It is not easy and takes practice. Probably not a good fit for beginners.

It's more than a little deceiving. For the price I expected the lacrosse stick too. It was just the ball and the cord. I went to a local sporting goods store and bought the ball and the stick (no retractable cord) for less than the ball and the cord.

We can't figure this thing out. Please help and I will change my review...

It didn't work. It was a waste of money:( very hard to throw too! It's now off my sons lax stick and on our garage floor. I should have sent t back but terrible at making returns!

The media could not be loaded.  Make no mistake, this trainer looks easy but is actually very difficult to master - it is much harder than a rebounder because the ball return is unpredictable. My 11yo daughter can practice indoors on rainy days and this device improved her catching the most. I chose this trainer over the cradlebaby because the quickstx has retractable cord built into the ball. When my daughter tosses the ball, the force of the throw pulls on the cord and not the scoop, so the head doesn't get warped.
