Works great
Throughout the years I have tried a variety of earplugs. I have spent a number of years working the graveyard shift and seem to only sleep sound when I have complete silence. These ear plugs fit in your ear well and mold well to your ear. They also hold up well for several months. They allow just enough sound in to alert you in case of an emergency. If you're looking for a good set of earplugs, I suggest you give these a try.

They are alright.
I use these to sleep in, and they fall out multiple times. I've lost one, or both of the earplugs on many occasions. The earplugs are also very 'hard'. It's difficult for me to get them in my ear quickly enough. As soon as you squish them down, roll them, fold them (whatever your preference) they start bulking back up again within a millisecond. They don't stay compact long enough for you to move your hand next to your ear. I'm sure these are great for regular sound blocking, maybe just not to sleep in? If you can deal with having to squish them down more than once to get into your ear, go for it.

Similar to any disposable earplugs
Even though these earplugs conserve their abilities to reduce noise a bit longer, they are similar to any disposable ones. I tried to clean them under water and they completely lost their ability to shrink/expand, thus being useless. Therefore, they are not re-usable, but comfortable for their limited use.
