LOVE this product and have already recommended to 2 of my friends.I eat healthy but I eat too much. I try and stay at a certain caloric intake - but often times cave in and snack a bit too much. With this pill (I take one before breakfast and one before late lunch) I do NOT snack. I am not hungry.Also - the energy!! I have been using this product for a couple weeks now, combined with a low carb diet and have lost close to 10lbs! I have not been exercising, just trying to watch what I eat (although I do have cheat days). This product does not make me feel jittery at all! I take 1 capsule 20 mins before breakfast and 1 20mins before dinner.

I purchased these to aid me in my weightless journey because after work I was feeling very fatigued and lacked motivation to exercise. My appetite was also out of control at times mainly at work ( I have a 6 hour stretch between breakfast and lunch) so I needed something to ward off hunger and cravings. I have been taking these for 2 weeks and they have most certainly decreased my appetite, and I feel the hunger fading like 15 minutes after taking them. I feel a subtle energy boost nothing off the charts but I feel slightly more alert at work and I no longer want to just crawl into a ball on the couch when I get home from work lol. I actually have enough energy to muster an evening workout. Definitely worth the 20 bucks you pay, and I really like that I only have to take 2 pills a day versus other brands that you have to take like 3 pills before each meal, who can stick to that. I feel this is easy and effective, and though I haven't tracked my progress (waiting the full 30 days) I feel lighter and my clothes feel a tad looser.

Well it’s been awhile since I’ve used a diet pill that actually works. I didn’t see results right away and was convinced it was a waist of money like all the others. But after I gave it some time the pounds have started to fall off. I realized as I’m nearing the end of my bottle that I would love to continue using this product. I don’t feel jittery and I feel like I do have more energy. I rarely write reviews even if offered free stuff but this product was great for me.

Very pleased with the results so far. To start off, you don't get that jittery,sick feeling that other different diet pills give as 'energy'. The energy feels more natural and doesn't peak and drop you like a carnival ride.To the results... Its helped me lose 20 more lbs than I would've lost with my exercise and healthy eating alone. It helps to fight those afternoon/evening cravings.Definitely plan to reorder again.

Four days in using this product and I feel the momentum to keep on keepin’ on! After six years of ditching willpower and restraint, I’m feeling a heck of a lot more capable to leave food on my plate (former Clean Plate Club Champion!) and the impetus to eat out of boredom is subsiding tremendously. I haven’t felt this “in control” of my eating in a very long time. I love waking up not feeling like garbage. This product does something to zap cravings (emotional and out-of-boredom eating) and assist in both the psychological and physical factors needed to lose weight.

Great product. I have only been using for a short period, however, there is a notable decrease in my appetite and I haven’t had any side effects as with other products I tried. Other products have created a jittery effect along with a headache if the dosage was skipped of delayed. I am happy to say not with this. I also notice an increase in my energy level. I will definitely purchase again. Along with proper diet and exercise, I have no doubt I will achieve my goal.

Tried this product because I wanted to take Apple Cider Vinegar but wasn't sure I would like the taste of the liquid. Even though I'm taking half dose, I can tell my stomach is flatter. More important is increased energy and the solution to some digestive issues. I'd recommend this to anyone.
