ASA Complete G1000 Course CD-ROM

Although it does a great job of teaching the systems and functions I would have liked it to have been a bit more animated and functional.

Does not work on my Mac at all and very antique on Windows 7. I would not recommend to anyone needing training unless you have old equipment that it will run on. Poor quality and not good training.

I actually picked this up at a local pilot shop. Sadly, I am very disappointed in ASA and this product. It's very mundane and somewhat technical but what makes it boring is because they do not show much examples on the operation of the G1000 instead, its just a guy narrating what's already written on the screen. It says interactive software which I thought I would be able to click on any button and or dials and see what it does instead, it's a very limited software. My "Sure Check" check list I bought for $50 that I carry in my flight bag is chock full of info and seems to make ASA G1000 look inferior.Save your money go with Sporty's or the King's
