Hot water leaks

Don't recommend.
I've barely had this steamer for a year, and when I went to use it yesterday the BOILING HOT water somehow leaked through the bottom of the steamer and spilled all over me (see attached). It burnt my skin all over my body. I have never dropped it or banged it, and I have barely even used it. For this to happen is completely unacceptable. Thank goodness I did not have children around me. Very cheap quality, and dangerous. Don't recommend.

Did not work as expected.
I had the same experience as "Chad" on November 24, 2017. Dripped all over and did not remove wrinkles from a tee shirt. Then you have to pay to return it.
