Really happy with it!
I was pleasantly surprised when this stool came and I put it together. The seat is larger than I was expecting, and it's nice and cushioned, which makes it very comfortable to sit on. The wheels roll really smoothly, and the stool feels very sturdy to sit on for me (I'm about 150 lbs). I bought this stool to use in my kitchen while I cook, and the range of heights it has is perfect for reaching my counter and stove comfortably. It's also very easily maneuverable. The color in my picture turned out more grey than it is in real life, but the purple does lean pretty gray.

Easy set up and comfortable
I am a tattoo artist and have struggled to find a chair that minimizes my back pain. This chair is very comfortable and allows me to position myself in a way that noises back pain. It is also SUPER easy to set up. Took me about 5 minutes and no tools were needed. Another artist in my shop uses this stool as well and they like theirs too. Very low profile so it doesn’t take up too much space. All in all, a very solid purchase and a great price.

Buy it
I originally purchased a traditional flat/round stool for use in my spa and it was very uncomfortable and left my entire body aching after each work day. I replaced it with this stool and it has been a lifesaver and a career saver. I can now work a full day and not be in pain. The stool itself is wider than expected but very comfy and padded. If you're thinking about it, just buy it and give it a try!

Quality, But Made for a Man
This is a beautiful product. Well made, and easy to put together. The padding is ample, the fabric lovely. The product just looks quality. It is sturdy, the wheels glide easily. And I loved the backrest which can be adjusted for tilt and vertical placement as well. (A helpful hint since mine came with no directions--you can only adjust the back once you sit and lean back to give pressure; also, the locked position for the backrest tilt is downward on the handle.)This being said, The raised part of the saddle seat, it pommel as I'll call it, is very wide. I had to sit so broadly stanced on it that I was uncomfortable and felt off balance, especially when I raised the seat to counter level.I am 5'5" and that pummel is just too wide for me. (The seat diameter at widest point is 19.5 inches; the pommel is 15 inches at widest point.) My 6'4" husband found it very comfortable, however.

Break up your office chair routine
If you’re like most remote workers spending 10 or so hours a day on Zoom calls and behind a computer try a chair like this one. It really is like a saddle, and while I don’t think any of us are going to want to be in a saddle all day long… mixing it up with your regular office chair will do wonders on your posture and back that has probably been slumped over in a regular chair. The chair is very comfortable and compact so its easy to switch out every couple hours with your other office chair, give it a try!I should note that assembly took a minute or two, it’s very very straightforward.

It's NOT heavy duty!
The assembly that holds the wheels LOOKS pretty, but is totally flimsy. Two of the legs have twisted so now the chair doesn't roll properly and trying to use it will probably make the wheels bend more, making the whole stool unusable. Maybe if the user were very lightweight, it would be fine. But this was advertised as being able to support 350 lbs. Don't believe it!I laid $100 for this piece of junk and got three months' use. Never again!

You have to give this cowboy seat a little time. It will be a bit uncomfortable at first - kind of like a bicycle seat when you haven't ridden for a while. I got it to improve my posture, which it definitely does if you keep your feet apart (like a saddle) and flat on the floor. Be sure to adjust properly so your legs are not at a 90 degree angle (as with most regular chairs). There are plenty of videos to show you how to sit properly on these. The great thing is that when I start getting a little sore (bike seat sore), it makes me stand up and walk around a bit to ease the pressure. I'm still getting used to it, but I think it is great for posture and also helps to keep you moving if you work from home. It's better not to be so comfortable in a chair that you forget to stand up and stretch your legs. I am very pleased with the saddle so far. I am short (5'2) and I am able to sit on it without any issues. Note: The seat is much bigger than I expected, but it is fine - pretty good cushion and arrived without stains, etc. I got the dark brown color and it's very nice!

Seems to do what I wanted, but definitely not the most comfortable chair.
So I purchased this as an option for my home office since I am finding that sitting is causing me back pain. A couple of hours in a regular chair was definitely painful. I looked up chair solutions and the saddle chair idea came up. I purchased this particular one due to the reviews. I also have a sit/stand desk that I use.I can definitely say after using this for multiple days my back is not hurting, I am able to keep the chair at a height where standing at my desk and sitting on the chair are near equivalent, which is nice not having to go up and down with my desk. The chair was very easy to put together, and seems like its well built and will last a while. The sitting posture definitely is different, and for me it forces you to have your back straighter, I did get the option with a back rest, which really just helps re-enforce that straight back. The seat though is not very comfortable, my wife tried it and she said she would never use it. I use it for short times and then move to standing. The biggest issue is the saddle bump in the front has really no cushion. That means its really pushing on you in that area, which I am guessing is probably very much like a saddle, but I was hoping for some cushion.

Incredibly solid, effective chair
This chair is the best thing I've added to my workstation, ever.I've worked at a desk for years and I've made it my mission this last year to find a chair that doesn't aggravate my lower back and hips. I've tried the expensive ergonomic chair, a kneeling chair and even opted for a simple stool which, because of its inevitable discomfort, would force me to get up frequently. Then this chair. The evening of the first day I used it, my back and hips were actually more relaxed at the end of the day, than the morning. The added bonus, is the longer lasting corrective influence it has on posture. I've noticed that when I'm walking around, sit in my car or on regular chairs, my posture is correct by default, which was a surprising plus. It's very sturdy and the wheels roll effortlessly and plenty of cushioning. Quick delivery and easy to put together (less than 2 minutes). It's perfect for a stand up desk, too. You can make whatever minute adjustments you need to between the desk and chair for perfect alignment.I've read that it can take some time for folks to get used to this chair and I encourage everyone to give it some time. I ride horses so the sitting position is familiar to me, but I'm confident that if the sitting position feels awkward with consistent and gradual use it'll feel 'normal'.Can't say enough good things about this chair and the positive changes I'm seeing within a day of using it.Bottom line, at the end of the work day I don't feel like I've been sitting all day.Thank you!

Love this stool. If you want to take pressure off your sit bones this will do it. Seat is well padded and seems like it will last. Also, if being static doesn't agree with you it is great for moving around on and generally keeping some mobility in your hips.

Muy interesante para la salud de la espalda
Todo perfecto salvo el ángulo del asiento, un poquito atrasado (pero fácil de cambiar con separadores y tornillos más largos)
