By far the best vitamins I have ever tried !My hair has grown so long BECAUSE of this product. I was skeptical to use it at first because i thought it was like all those other hair pills that promised long hair but would break you out, but Hairnamics didn't break me out at all. The pills are a bit large - about the length of my nail and they are not the most aesthetically pleasing, but they work. Besides the vitamins, I did nothing more but shampoo and condition my hair, and keep my hair moisturized (the basics). You have to try it in order to see what im talking about. I highly recommend.
