Wecooland Car Home Amplifier Subwoofer Equalizer Crossover RCA Adjust Line Level Volume

Seems to do its job of adjusting cutoff frequency and gain. I am getting some alternator whine with it. Does anyone know the best way to ground it?

I used this between my receiver and my subwoofer. I set everything up in my garage, with a subwoofer in a corner out of reach. I wanted to be able to adjust the volume of the bass, since when the wife is home she wants it quiet, but when she's out, I get to blast it! Since the sub was off in a corner, I couldn't easily adjust the gain. So, I set the sub gain to max, and put this item between the receiver and the sub, in a convenient location. Works perfectly! Lets me turn things down when she's home, yet I can easily to crank the Metallica when she's at work, without having to mess with the subwoofer's gain. Outstanding!!

This passive filter lowers the gain of your audio signal by a lot. The volume is significantly reduced after it passes through this filter to the amplifier. The construction does not feel quality. I would look elsewhere

Good BEEFY construction and the sensitivity is good too. There’s no humming when turned to 0db (I’m using bargain chinese rcas for a small project). I’ve seen reviews with the hummin problem but that sounds like a poorly installed ground. This item is so good I’m also installing it with my 2,000 watts amp in my big project

I love this controller, I used it in my silverado to control the 12” subs under my bench seats and it works great, every style of music has different kind of Bass and this helps adjust the strength of the bass and control the volume of the bass.

I should have listened to the reviews and not bothered with this. They were right, this does not work the way its supposed to. It still lets higher frequencies through. Turning down the frquencey knob just lowers the over all volume level and the gain knob does the same thing. You get one star when your product dont even work.

This thing does exactly what it's advertised to do, and it does it very cleanly as well. It's not a booster, it is a variable crossover and level control. Perfect.
