I got some great feedback for co-workers on the tie. I don't like that the tail is too short once zipped up. Either a tie clip would be needed or pin the tail behind the front part to keep it from flapping around.

Bad design of the zippering
I don’t like the zipper it doesn’t have the zippering handle so it doesn’t hold tight like the other zipper ties I have. So I’m returning to the seller
