HIGHFINE Brand New CPU Cooling Fan for HP Pavilion DV7-6000 AD6505HX-EEB 653627-001 KSB0505HB

Compared to the original HP fan this fan is ultra quite. I almost thought it wasn't working until I put my cheek up to the port. Way cheaper than replacing the entire heatsink and having to re-paste to the chip/motherboard. Too bad HP didn't make the board easier to swap out the muffin fan. Great video's on the web on dismantling the laptop and finding all the stupid screws to get the laptop apart. Now I can get a few more years out of my laptop. Great price, great purchase.

This product has failed already. About four months after install. I am having to re-install the original, to keep my system going until I can get another replacement. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing this product, unless it's a temporary patch for a permanent repair later on down the road. The build quality looks good... but operative quality is very poor.

It was not the brand that was advertised but it still fit into place. However, it worked for about 28 days and then died. So I had to,rush to send in back for what had better be a full refund including my overnights shipping! I have ordered a new one from the same vendor to replace it to give them a second chance...

Purchased this fan on 4/10/17 and after about four months it started to make noise. The noise has since become very loud, but the fan continues to function.

My old fan died after 2 years of heavy use and had to be replaced. I have an hp dv6 with a dedicated graphics card.It fit the model I have as expected since I looked up the serial number on the old fan (it is written on the fan)Seems to function as well as a new fan should be expected tooOverall I really have no complaints. This fan helped extend my laptop lifeOn a related note, if your fan needs replacement, it might be time to consider getting new thermal paste as well.

Works Perfectly. After a few months its still kicking strong. Looked like quality as I installed it also. Hopefully I wont need to purchase again.

Bought this to replace the main fan in my friends HP Pavilion laptop. Now it runs better (and much cooler)!
