I was looking for a book that would help me create a proper vitamin regimen and I found it in this book. The author is extremely knowledgeable on health, vitamins, and longevity. Since reading this book and implementing some of the strategies, I feel that my energy levels and mental clarity have improved tremendously. I highly recommend this book! Review: All in one place information - This book presents a lot of information from basic know how, to more technical information pertaining to specific supplements. It seems very much oriented towards the beginner at first, but I found further in the book. The information presented as to specific supplements and how they should be taken to be very useful. I like having all this information in place. I do feel that some of the tables and charts are low quality resolution (not crisp) , though, which is why I gave four stars

This book is not about vitamins
I read the book , and like I wrote, it's not about vitamins. To me, a vitamin comes in a pill. The author reffers to powders and herbs. "Put half of this powder into a glass" for example. I don't want to do this because my sight is not so good. As for herbs, I live in an apartement and can't go around gathering herbs, or ordering them at high prices

This is the best easy to understand vitamin reference books I have ever seen.
I have taken many supplements over the years and was so happy to find this book. The section on knowing what supplements to take depending on your medical issues is priceless. There is so much good advice and explanations to vitamins, I will be referencing this book over and over again for years to come. Thank you for making this book.

Save your money
- some conflicting information - outdated dietary recommendations - not personalized for my age, gender or medical conditions - too much “look it up here”
