Our 5 Year Old Loves It
This is essentially a frog/pond themed deck of cards from 1-10 and instead of Jokers, Kings, and Queens, there are a few frog cards. But the theming is what makes it fun for our kiddo so worth the price to us. We play this game with a 5 year old who is about to enter Kindergarten. It's helped a lot with them being able to count up and down. Before, they'd HAVE to start at 1 or 10 and count forwards and backwards from there. Now they can start counting either direction from most numbers. It's a simple, fast, 2-player game that I can toss into my purse for on-the-go. So far, we've only played the slow version but the fast version should keep the game playable as they get older.

Lots of fun!
My daughter, who has a learning disability, had a really hard time with math +1/-1 problems. We've been playing this for about a week straight, and she has it down! It's fun to play for adults too!

Teacher love!
Teach 2nd grade, this was a little pricey for a teacher but well worth every Penny-class loved it all year and it’s independent - used in centers . Bought jump 1 as well for lower students - just buy it moms or teachers, price is well worth it

1 does NOT come after 10
I read so many positive reviews of this game and was excited to get it for my 1st/2nd graders. But I was completely shocked at the instructions for what to do if a 10 is played. We opened it up and right away played this game all together, to learn the rules. For each card played we would pause and say "what's one more? what's one less" so that I could be sure the children understood the concept of the game.Well, when you have a 10 or a 1, the "one more" or "one less" doesn't work anymore. Because after 10 is 1. Before 1 is 10. This may be fine for older children who can picture the numbers going in a circle, but for children who are playing this game TO LEARN math sense, it makes no sense. This undermines the very skill we are meant to be teaching. One more than 10 is not 1.I think that the only way you could play this game is by having the children write the numbers from 1 to 10 in a circle, and then say, "what's to the left?" "what's to the right?" You could use it as a left/right work. This is how I will modify it (just because I hate to waste things, I'll try to salvage it). Jump 1 to the left. Jump 1 to the right. But to do the game with the instructions provided just makes no sense. I returned my Jump 2 unopened.
