Copper Chef 12" Griddle

Design flaw in that the edges are too low. I cooked bacon in it and the grease began to flow over( fire hazard). I cooked burgers and the same thing. It may be good for grilled cheese or pancakes but I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.

Used this to cook eggs. No handle on it so you’ll need a hot pad to hold it still to flip your eggs.Used it to cook bacon - HUGE mistake!!! Very thin edges will not hold grease from 5 pieces of bacon. By the time the bacon was done, I tried to pick it up to empty the grease and the grease leaked into my hot mitts, burned my thumb and spilled on the laminate flooring. So - I’ll never use this to cook anything that results in grease generation.Even heating??? Nope but thanks for believing the claim. Outside edges take a LOT longer to cook anything than in the middle. Check the photo - griddle on the ceramic oven with the large burner selected and allowed to preheat for over 6-minutes. This will be used for pancakes, French toast, and grilled sandwiches - WITH an oven mitt to avoid burns.

As others have said, this pan needs to have a single longer handle or the two existing should be larger. Turning pancakes is a precarious job as they slide easily in the pan, and holding the pan steady is hard because of the design. The handles are so tight to the pan that they get hot and grabbing the handle with the heat on could result in a burn. 5 stars for the non-stick, induction ready base and size, 1 star for the handle design, this could have been a great product if some thought was put into ease of use.

I like it but don't love it. The griddle WARPED because of the heat. The Center of the Griddle puffs up causing eggs and pancakes to "Run Away".

I read several reviews that said it loses its non stick quality after a few uses. I have not found that to be the case. As long as I preheat the surface and make sure it's hot before I cook on it I haven't had any stick problems. Also very easy to clean. I always hand wash it and make sure I don't scratch the surface. Very pleased with this buy.

Exactly what was promised. I love this griddle, it is so easy to clean. Would definitely recommend this product

Copper chef cookware is awesome! This piece of junk doesn't deserve to wear the name. It is a terrible design. too shallow, stupid handle design and placement. eggs run to the edges.... maybe only useful for a grilled sandwich! for anything else this is a piece of .....! NEVER waste your money or time on this thing..... It doesn't deserve to be called copper chef.

Good...however, minused one star for the quick warping. Luckily, I can stilll warm stuff and cook stuff that dosnt need to be completely leveled.
