The Didoo sled gives the perfect opportunity to introduce your toddler to the outdoors in style and comfort. The wide footprint offers both sled stability and reduced friction for easier pulling.

AWESOME
Having great times with this sled! This child is 7 1/2 months old, she's on the smallish side at around 12 or 13 lbs. She can't completely sit up by herself yet, but with the harness it works PERFECT! Even without the winter gear, we pulled her around inside the house and she doesn't fall over or out. There is still probably 6 inches in front of her feet to grow and still use this sled. Those 2 pockets you see on the sides actually dig into deep snow, so you don't slide across the top as you would in a regular sled. I assume it gives the whole thing more stability. But on flattened snow, like the driveway, you can pull it faster. Also, this picture is what ISLAND BLUE turns out to be. There's something wrong with the picture shown on Amazon- it looks very different. But thanks to other reviewers and their photos, I knew what I was getting- thanks to them!Worth the $40, in my view! Great memories!

Great deal, can't beat it at this price
Great sled for indoor or outdoor use haha! It didn't snow for a while after I purchased this so I slapped some felt pads on the bottom and let my kid use it indoors a few times. We did get to use it in the snow too eventually! Pulled her up the base of a ski mountain, through the slushy parking lot, up to the ticket office and to the gondola. Then strapped the tow rope into the seat belt (had a small loop at the end to do so) and threw it over my head/under an arm like a backpack. Was very light both towing my kid and carrying on my back. Highly recommend for the price. If you're curious about the size, my daughter is ~20lbs and 30" tall in the photos. Though she can bend her knees sitting in this and still look very comfortable depending on where she feels like placing her feet. So I think taller kids could still comfortably use it and I expect to use it more next winter (I hope). Probably wouldn't choose one this small though if you have like a three year old, but that a complete guess.

Well-made; Safety Belt
Sent this to my granddaughter. She likes using it in the house for pushing and sitting in. (She is one.) They've used it outside and it is sturdy and safe.

Sturdy and the straps are great!
I love this because it can strap my son in over his shoulders. He is 9-months about 23 pounds and 28” tall and he fits perfectly in the sled. It’s def sturdy as I fly him around the backyard over bumps etc. and he doesn’t fall out. He seems to enjoy it, but it’s probably the dog running around with us more! I recommend.

Shoulder straps a plus!
My daughter is small but adventerous! Love the shoulder straps to hold her in. Was able to put her in this & pull her around in the snow & down the incline in our yard at 5 months. My husband also uses it to pull her around the house sometimes!

Cant wait for another snow!
We used this last winter, grandson was about 5 months. Of course he was bundled up so much he couldn't move, and he really had no clue what was going on. Im sure this winter, he'll be over a year old, this will be his favortie thing in the snow!

Perfect first sled!!
Great quality. Adjustable straps secure child well! We pulled around my 5 month old grandson in the house first, before we tried it in the snow. Moves well in the snow too! Would buy again.

Flimsy buckle
I bought this sled for my 18 month old son for Christmas. He tried it out inside on the carpet and when he leaned forward, the buckle broke. I ordered a replacement and it arrived with the buckle already broken. Seems like a decent sled if you don't care about using the restraint.
