It is not working

I purchased this on Nov 24 and I am just now trying to get it hooked up. It will not let me hook it up, I have bought 1 or 2 more before this one and never had a problem. each time I try it I get "connection error" I even troubleshooted it on the same cords that I already have a working Machine on it and I still am getting connection error. Great machine

We switched to a company that wanted to charge $299 for this exact machine. So glad we found this one instead. Arrived in excellent condition, unlocked. It required an update before we could program it but it now works flawlessly.

Not a new unit

The device I received was not new. Maybe refurbished and is visibly dirty. Its also needed an update and come with no owners manual. Thankfully there's YouTube!!!

I am thrilled with the way that amazon facilitated me getting this unit I wanted. It works fine so far it needed download with my processor which I did and the unit is rather user friendly, i have yet to discover more about it as i go along, such as its other feature, I have not activated yet. I have not had a problem with this unit yet and I am liking it very much
