Placed this on my 40lb aluminum propane tanks. Works as expected. No issues so far.

Works great on my aluminum tank. Easy to set up. For me, a great feature is that it is compatible with a Victron Cerbo GX device. Accurate and good BT range.

Does the job but don't expect long or even medium distance readings. Due to my aluminum tank having a solid bottom ring, I have to put my phone next to or touching the tank for the bluetooth to connect. Still better than the color changing magnet!
