I don't write a review often, but for this one, I had to.When I first received it, the box seemed like it was opened before and looked like it was repackaged. But I thought to myself that it doesn't matter as long as it "works". Then, I began to look for a manual so I can put it together. But there wasn' one. It didn't include a single paper. Left confused, I began to look at the box and found a small one stepped illustration. Even up to that point, I was not satisfied but told myself as long as it dries the dishes, I don't care. Oh man, I should have returned this product right then and there.I assembled it, and only used it TWICE to dry my plates and cups, and it began to rust. Really? I paid $27 to use it twice? This is just not acceptable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! NOT WORTH IT.

It could be awesome, BUT its not! Warped, wobbly, & wet. Piece was warped so bad water leaked out. Put a dish or cup wrong and the wobbly balancing game begins. My counter has never been so wet thanks to the wrapped water catcher and that the silverware (Chopsticks holder) doesnt have a water catcher. They just drip on the counter. Makes me dislike doin dishes even more :-/

This thing isn't worth the cardboard box it was shipped in. Cheapest build quality of anything I've ever purchased Amazon, or anywhere else for that matter. The "metal" connecting rods had stripped and trashed threads. The rack feels like it would bend under the weight of anything more than a salad plate. Not a single nice thing to say about this product, will be returning it.

For $27 I expected more. It's a relatively sturdy build, but it came with little to no instructions. Also...the cup holders on the side and the utensil holders on the other side don't latch in and are prone to move around and tilt. This is pretty annoying. Other than that. it is fine. Holds everything I put in it, doesn't make any creaking noise or slip around.

I've had this set in my apartment for over year and it's been amazing. Having two "decks" is perfect for a multiple person household. The cup section falls over if we don't even out the weight but that's to be expected. The silverware area is a perfect size. Overall very spacious so we don't have to put away dishes right away.

Came to my house earlier than expected, which was awesome. As I was putting it together, i noticed multiple scratches. It was also bent and chipped. The material ended up all over my floor because it was poorly handled. Not looking for a refund or another one, just very disappointed. Went in trash. Be careful what you buy online. The quality very bad . Start to rush at the first month. I tried to return. But the seller never offer me to return it

It looks better on the picture. I'm afraid to use the cup and glass rack side it flips without dishes. The silver ware falls through if not placed straight in. Looking for another rack.
