Great Product
This was just the right size for my exercises. My PT office filled it with air for me so it was ready to go right away. I'm doing exercises to build up my knee muscles and it working great. I also LOVE the color.

Obsessed with This Ball – Total Game-Changer!
My yoga instructor recommended this ProBody Pilates ball and OMG I’m so glad she did! I’ve been using it for core work, stretching, and posture stuff and it’s seriously amazing. Super easy to inflate and the size is perfect—not too big, not too small. It adds just the right amount of challenge to my workouts and makes even simple moves feel way more effective. Plus, it’s really good quality and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. If you’re into yoga, pilates, or just want to level up your home workouts—get this ball. You’ll love it!

Great small yoga ball!
Great small yoga ball. I frequently use this to perform deep core postpartum moves. Nice thick material, easy to inflate. Good price point, and love the baby pink color in my home gym!

lovely color, nice feel but...
I do love this ball. I think I could have gone with an 8" but I just didn't use as much air and I plan to keep it. I use it as an exercise ball. My only issue is that I have only used it a few times and it marks up easily. Looks like black scuff marks already. It's not really bothering me to much...yet.

Very nice ball
If you've done polates before, this ball is a great addition to your work out. They give u the blow up straw. It's sturdy enough for all the basic workouts and just the right size too. There's an exercise leaflet included as well. A very nice product!

Perfect Pilates Accessory
Easy to inflate and perfect for my pilates work out classes

Not a nice rounded shape
It does not retain its shape due to the folds from packaging. It almost looks square rather than round. I am going to deflate and then try to see if that helps make it more even.

Easy to blow up with own lung air. Air doesn’t leak even after several months. No gadgets needed.
Easy to fill with air by using own lungs. Holds the air ie no leaks. The material (silicone?) feels good to my skin. Doesn’t slip during exercise. Size diameter matches my size. Good quality and worth the money. I bought THREE!!
