Compared to muscle milk, this dissolves way better. Super smooth texture.I generally put 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder in a shaker bottle, sprinkle in some instant coffee granules, and then fill it up with fresh cow's milk.It's not as sweet as muscle milk, but I actually kinda like the taste. I like muscle milk too though, and I'm not saying one is overall better. Just passing on my observation after having used both. What's strange to me is that this protein powder says it has quite a bit more sugar, but doesn't taste as sweet as muscle milk. So I'm assuming muscle milk must have some other sweeteners as well or something.

Like a couple of other reviews here, I found this to be absolutely disgusting. Horrible, bitter, sour milk flavored protein.

Not sure if mine is expired or if they all taste bad, but it almost tastes rotten. Bitter and rank.
