22" Abdominal Core Adjustable Workout Exerciser by Trademark Innovations

I thought it didn't work......the instructions are very poor. Thought the hydraulics didn't work. I looked online and noticed the tension knobs were to be on the ends.... not the sides. If I was mechanically inclined I would have understood it better. I will now try it out.

Pros: (1) Low price. (2) The quality is good and you can achieve a lot exercises by one machine. (3) Easy to move.Cons: It comes with a little weird voice when you lay down your body, but it doesnt affect your daily use.

I just recently just purchased the ab - cruncher and did my 1st 15 crunches and knew by the next day was going to be a great tool! I'm 62 and have not done any crunches in 10 yrs but believe me this does work especially with the lower back support which was my main concern when I was considering this purchase, it does work! Thank you.

I feel it working a little but wish I felt it working more on my abs.
