The suction cup that's included was non-functional on any surface, but since the glass was broken on the bottom of the iphone, there was a decent gap to wedge a blade to lift up the screen. Everything now functions, TouchID works. I'm overall satisfied. There's great videos on Youtube and iFixit's site that show nice close-up step by step instructions. I didn't notice and hue that some others said. I can tell the difference between this screen and the original, but as far as brightness and colors go, its pretty spot on. There's a little bit more motion blur than I remember the OEM one having, but that's just me nit-picking. Which is super nice because replacing a smartphone screen can be intimidating for me. I once bought a screen from another seller and when I needed support they took really long to reply and that screen had really bad quality. However, this one is great:-They took the effort to translate the manual to English and offer really good advice and directions.-Good quality tools are included to replace the screen. So you don’t need anything else.-A magnetic pad with a map of the phone. So you can stay organized by laying down on the pad the screws you take off.-A screen protector is included so you can prevent cracking the glass of your new screen.-A 1-year warranty. It just isn’t a good product. A soon as I powered my device on after installation, I noticed how the black was definitely more of a blue. My og screen was not oled, but this was a little resiculas. When I got to my home screen, I noticed how all of the colors were very washed out. The viewing angles sucked, the refresh rate and ghosting a lot worse. Even typing this paragraph was a struggle because you have to press harder in some areas just to get it to register. You loose 3D Touch too, something I use a lot. I can’t type fast like I used to either. I am forced to take my time with everything because the digitizer is just worse. I used to fly through typing my passcode, but now I have to slow it down so much. I even noticed the home button is loose, and my battery is a lot worse.
