These chewable tablets are very good sources of magnesium while on the go. The daily dose is 2000mg of magnesium, two chews a day, so this pack of fifty will last for almost a whole month.They are quite big and need to be chewed a bit before swallowing, which is easier if I hold them in my mouth for a moment to soften them first.The lemon taste is okay, but the aftertaste is weird. Sometimes I do not mind it, and sometimes it is so unpleasantly sour and bitter that it makes me regret taking it. For a product that should be a convenient alternative to tablets or drinks, the aftertaste is very important, and this one is really not very pleasant.Sadly, I will not be getting them again because of the aftertaste.

My wife takes these to support a condition she has.She didn’t notice these working any differently, but prefers the tabs. She has no trouble with the size of the regular tabs but said these would be great if you did struggle swallowing big tablets. Flavour was OK too.

The lid has an indent on the inside that I think is there to enable you to turn the container upside down with the lid closed so that when you open the lid on the top, a tablet will be sitting inside the lid indent for easy access. This reminds me of a well-known sweet that comes in a similar container, but the tablet collection in the lid idea doesn’t really work with these large D-Mannose tablets.I decided that I would initially stary taking one tablet every day with breakfast and another one after my evening meal.These Waterfall D-Mannose tablets have quite a nice crumbling texture when chewing them and I didn’t find them too hard. I initially thought that the lemon flavour was quite refreshing and it definitely tasted of lemon, but soon after finishing the tablet, I started to get an unpleasant aftertaste, which remained in my mouth even after I had swallowed it.I persevered and continued to chew one tablet, twice a day for the next few days, but the aftertaste continued, so I decided to start swallowing the tablet whole instead of chewing it. This didn’t make any improvement and the nasty aftertaste was still there, so I made the decision to stop taking them.I have no doubt that the D-mannose in each tablet would help with the management of my UTIs, but these flavoured, chewable tablets are definitely not for me.

Ne fonctionne pas aussi bien que les sachets à diluer dans l’eau. J’ai consommé la totalité et cela ne soulage pas, je pense que ça fonctionne mieux pour la prévention.
