AlexapureWater Pitcher Replacement Filter Pack

I have been using these filters for the past 2 years now and they are way better than other leading brands out there! My Naturopath is the one who recommended this water filter pitcher. They make my water taste so good! It’s almost like drinking pure clean water from a natural spring, that’s how good Alexipure water filters work! I almost killed my pothos house plant, watering it straight from the tap, then decided to use water from my Alexipure pitcher, my plant came back alive again! I also use this water in my cats’ water fountain and they love it! Get this water filtration pitcher! You won’t regret it!

Of course, it's impossible to say how much flouride and other junk it filters out without a test. But, it does filter pretty fast compared to other comparable filters. Until it doesn't. You'll find that one day, it just starts filtering really slow. I'd buy extra to have on hand for when that happens.

Alexapure is a high-quality brand that effectively removes not only chlorine and heavy metals but also some of the forever chemicals. The filters are a little more expensive, but they last longer than some of the more common brands.

Have had the Alexapure pitcher for a couple of years, and had no problems with the original filters - the ones where you had to prime them before using. These "new and improved" replacement filters are a joke, the water barely drips through. Too expensive to try another set.UPDATE: I now give it 4 stars instead of 1. After a couple of days of being patient, the water filters through more quickly now. Still not super fast, but adequately. I'll keep the pitcher. It shouldn't suggest that the water will filter through in 1 minute after installing the new filters. It's more like a day or two. The water tastes fine.

Easy to install and last as long as 3 months depending on how many times you fill your pitcher

I purchased this filter 2-pack for my Alexapure water pitcher because that's what these are made for, so what could go wrong?I guess these are supposed to be "new and improved," so they DO look different. They also are different in another way; these filters didn't seal very securely and water leaked around the top of the filters instead of through the filters. What water that did come through the filter (only ONE) was a very slow "drip......drip.....drip." As far as I could tell, the OTHER filter never did filter anything, as I never could tell if ANY water dripped out of the bottom. But I could CLEARLY see the water leaking out around the top of both filters. Uninstalled, and then re-installed; same result.The original Alexapure filters required the user to prime them, then install, and those worked great; you could see a small steady stream of water coming from them after priming, they sealed well, and they didn't leak. Not these. These new and "improved" filters are supposed to be pre-primed, and there is no way to do that yourself. They don't seal well, and don't filter (not in my pitcher, anyway).I was very disappointed in this product. The "bean counters" must have made a financial decision to re-design these replacement filters in a more cost-saving way, and they ARE less expensive...but a product that does not perform does not make a satisfied customer. My opinion is that this new and "improved" filter is an inferior product design and inferior performer. One star from me in every category. RETURNED.

Okay so for the people who say it lasts a long time, they aren't drinking enough water. I'm going to give you REAL amounts to gauge with. I live in a rural location with bad well water, I need these filters to SURVIVE basically, and YES these are the BEST water filters money can buy hands DOWN no competition honey, YES. To maintain my water levels for my BMI I drink anywhere from 32-60oz water per day, plus I use this water for my pets and indoor plants. Anyone consuming around 30oz of water a day from this pitcher will use it up in 30-35 days before it tickles so slowly that you're waiting 2hrs for an 8oz glass of water. I buy this filter directly from the manufacture page because you save 10 dollars, but if you want amazon fast shipping get it here, but expect to pay 10 dollars more. Hope this helps someone.
