Some background: I've suffered chronic nightmares ever since childhood, and though they have become both less frequent, and less disturbing as I have grown, they still cause me difficulty in my day-to-day life.After a lesson in my Native Studies class on the importance of dreams, I decided to consult my professor about these nightmares. His recommendations included smudging my room with a bundle of white sage-- unfortunately, as I was living in the dorms at the time, traditional smudging was not an option for me. I did some research online to see if there was anything I could do to work around this obstacle, and eventually found my way here.First and foremost, I'm happy to say I've had very few nightmares and almost no night-terrors since I began smudging my room regularly with this spray! Aside from that, it also smells wonderful, and is light enough not to cause irritation or sneezing, but strong enough to be instantly noticeable. I've noticed that even when I'm not sleeping, the scent has a pleasant calming effect on my nerves.Out of the many products I compared, I found that Lady Mage Emporium provides by FAR the best value for your money; nearly every other provider I found sells around half as many fluid ounces, at anywhere between 1.5x-2.5x the cost. I would venture to guess that you actually receive even more than the advertised 4oz., as she fills the spray bottles right up to the very top. You get what you pay for and then some
Since my husband isn't fond of white sage incense/smudging sticks due to the strong smell, I was searching for an alternative to smudge/cleanse our home. I decided to try this spray and am very pleased with the results.The first thing I noticed was the bottle size was larger than anticipated, which is always a pleasant surprise. The smell is a bit sweeter and less overpowering than the smudging stick I had been using, and my husband enjoyed it when he walked in the room. The quality is amazing and one can tell the hard work and passion put into the spray.
