This is as good a ball peen hammer as you can buy...better than the Vaughn ball peen hammers at the big box stores...and cheaper. Great feel...well balanced...nice head weight...well made.The rubberized fiberglass handle is very nice. I paid $2.00 less for this hammer than a 16 oz Craftsman with a wooden handle. Hammers are hammers generally...so the difference is in the handle and grip. Get this one. Highly recommended.

Really upset about this one. The ball part is not round and has imperfections. I don’t have the tools to round it out so instead of a round dent, it is triangular wedge dent. Really bad quality control but it seems sturdy and could have been good.

Guess what? This is a really good feeling hammer I break stuff for a living so I don't like to spend much on hammers. New company policy made me ditch my wood hammer so I bought this. I have used daily for a month now this will serve my purpose for sometime. Easy to clean.

This hammer is well build and has a nice grip to it. I wasn't expecting much from a 10 dollar hammer but this hammer exceeded my expectation. 24oz is a good size for all around work. I used to use those 12 oz claw hammer to hammer down the nails but with this 24oz things are lot easier. It's a must have tool for your home workshop.

Nice and durable, lightweight fiberglass handle glued/epoxy into solid metal hammer. Has not failed me yet and I am very rough on hammers.

Used it to hammer metal tent pegs in a rainstorm -- came thru with flying colors. Nice balance and the striking end means business. Handle is textured for a good grip.

Used for automotive work. Very handy.
