Bad Dog Tools 19 Piece Multipurpose Drill Bit Set

Poor quality. I have tried everything. Fast, slow, lots of pressure, barely any, oil, no oil. They simply do not drill steel any better than a cheap twist bit. I will say they can drill concrete ok but nothing amazing. I don't know what bits they sent the salesman at the tool show but his must be a lot better quality than mine. I have trouble with mine chipping and dulling quickly, like the first hole quick. If it wasn't for the warranty they would get a 1 star.

Poor quality drill bits.

I made the mistake of ordering these directly from their website. I ordered five drillbits and they came with free shipping. I tried one of them out, it would not drill worth a darn on steel, masonry, or wood. You would think by their advertising that these are great drill bits, but they're junk. This is the kind of product where they get a lot of people who will only buy them one time. When I returneded them, (because they had a moneyback guarantee), suddenly my free shipping was about nine dollars. So if you take a chance on their product, it won't work well, and when you return it, you will be responsible for both the shipping to you, and the shipping back to them.I contacted them, and they said they reserve the right to refund the purchase price only.So be warnedIt amazes me that people can offer such a shoddy product, but there are enough buyers out there where they can burn everybody one time and still make a profit.My advice to you is look for something from some other company. ANY other company.

These do not do what they are advertised. Might as well use $10 bits, the warranty is BS

This drill bits have been awesome! At high rpm they drill everything! My new Dewalt impact driver is my new best friend.

Drill bits were not straight, and bits broke when drilling stainless(per instructions) also not true to size. I called customer service and spoke with Ann (the owner) when I said the bits broke she responded with you should have used an impact driver. When I asked her where in the instructions it said to used an impact she very rudely told me the bits were not for me and to send them back (lifetime guaranty, yeah right!) also the shipping was at my expense. This company will not be around in 5 years! Terrible product, even worse customer service!

I bought a set of drill bits at a trade show because the salesman was quite convincing. using the bits at recommended speed and everything, they are by far the worst drill bits I’ve ever used. complete scam I don’t know how they feel no remorse to scamming hard working people. DO NOT BUY BAD DOG TOOLS!

Drill bits are literally the worst I've ever used. You think you are drilling through something but its just your bit destroying itself. How they are even in business is beyond me and I hope they catch a class action lawsuit bc ALL of their products are overpriced junk.
