Wow, this is incredible. The vibration is stronger than you would think (it's not just an annoying buzz) and has 4 different settings from weaker to stronger so it's really therapeutic, and the heat is incredibly warm and soothing. I am just really impressed. I bought it after watching a previous episode of Shark Tank and it truly does energize you after you use it. It even finds places on your body that you didn't even know needed attention. It charges via USB-C (cell phone charger), which it comes with and it takes about 2 hours to fully charge up from zero. I love this thing. Brilliant invention.

I'm a nurse and I have chronic flare-ups of an SI joint injury. We started packing this week because we are moving soon and I have been in extreme pain every evening after a long day of packing. We saw this on Shark Tank, and even though the price was steep I was desperate for relief. This thing is AMAZING! It fits perfectly in the spot where my back pain is and feels wonderful. I highly recommend this product. Also it does get quite warm!

So, we bought this back in spring of 2021. It's a nifty little ball that heats up and vibrates. We used it weekly and it worked just fine until about a couple of weeks ago. Now it won't charge. I've tried different chargers, outlets, and no luck. I mean, for the price, I would expect it to last more than one year but no such luck. So this was great until it wasn't and now I have a very expensive paperweight, except it won't work as a paperweight as it's a ball.Sigh.

Gave this to my daughter and son in law. They loved it, but after a couple of months, it wouldn’t recharge. They contacted the manufacturer and were told the company would send a new one. Hopefully it will last longer this time!

I primarily brought this product from my daughter who has autism she loves it I think the massage portion is great because you have different levels and it also has heat I would definitely recommend this item I do think it's a bit overpriced but I definitely think you won't be disappointed

I used this a few times and really loved it. It's a great product and works well, as described. Unfortunately it just stopped holding a charge after a few uses. It still lights up when plugged in so I've tried it with a variety of adaptors and charging boxes to see if I could troubleshoot it, but no dice. If I just had a randomly defective product I might buy a new one because I loved it so much, but this seems to be a common complaint so I don't think it's worth the risk of buying again.

Item is good. The description needs to eliminate “heating” on the smaller vibrating ball.When I purchased it, I thought it included the heating feature.

I saw this on a re-run of Shark Tank and was intrigued by it, but also wary of its claims. Having used a number of rollers, massage guns, etc. over the years you become a bit jaded.I've used this MyoStorm for about five months now. I've used it for neck massages after a long day of working at a desk, and for post-run massages of my hips and legs. I'm impressed by the results. It's easy to maneuver to target sore spots, like the persistent knot in my hamstring. Over time, the knot has become less of a problem and is slowly receding. It took some time getting to used to the ball shape to get it to work for me, but it was worth the time and experience.
