Poor packaging - no instructions or information that you need a separate tool to use them.
Thought that this was a great idea until my purchase of 32 arrived. It was never stated anywhere on the packaging that they could not even be used unless you purchased a tool and they are impossible to pull apart.Unfortunately I had to return the product!!!
