I was honestly a skeptical consumer when first purchasing this product, however after several recommendations from friends at my gym I decided it was at least worth a try....and to my surprise I was super impressed!! By just the first week I started feeling a change in my energy level, I was waking up more refreshed and I felt so happy when I noticed I was no longer crashing after lunch. I feel like the combination of natural ingredients with the green tea extract and just a hit of caffeine is just perfect, it makes me feel so much more productive during the day without any of the coffee side effects (jittering, insomnia,headache, upset stomach). I am now on week 3 and although I already did cardio three times a week before starting Burn HD, it has complemented my routine beautifully. I notice less bloating and since I started the product I have lost an additional 5 lbs!! Love the small little pill box container it comes with too...makes it so easy to carry/remember my lunch time dose when I'm at work or away from home, I just slide it in my purse and done...will definitely repurchase!

I have taken this product for two months now and attribute zero weight loss to it. My hopes for it were to lose approx 10lbs a month for about 2 months then be at my desired weight. I have been attending Crossfit 4-5 days a week for 2.5 months, have been very well disciplined in my food and beverage choices (only water), and have in that 2.5 months lost 10 pounds, BUT I feel strongly that is credited to the diet+exercise and not this overpriced product because I would have more drastic weight loss if it actually worked. It has not increased my energy levels at all, in spite of following it's directions to take it twice a day (morning and noon). I sometimes have little energy and feel almost sleepy around 10am and daily at approx 8pm I 'crash' and get very sleepy. Prior to this product I was taking GNC Energy+Metabolism for a long time and it worked much better, even made my urine that neon green color you experience from surplus vitamins. This burn product did none of that, making me feel it had very little vitamin benefit at all - it's just a caffeine substitute. I'm going back to my GNC.

This stuff is AMAZING! I am a firm believer in regular exercise including cardio and weight lifting. I believe in healthy eating a good food choice. My problem was it took A TON to fill me up. I had some weight management goals and needed to get my appetite under control. This product helped me feel full much quicker with less food consumed and allowed me to go between meals without needing to snack. I wasn't looking for a miracle pill to fix problem areas...that is not realistic. What I was looking for was a little assistance with appetite control to stay on target. That is what I found with burn....it's expensive but worth every penny.

These pills helped me control my appetite but for that purpose you can find something much cheaper in the market. These gave me no energy nor are these fat burners like advertised. I've taken fat burners before and lost 25lbs in 3 month. These did nothing for me in 7 days. Stayed the same weight the whole 7 days.

I really tried to give this a shot for a week, but the heartburn it gave me was some of the worst in my life. I had to take several zantac throughout the day just to deal with the heartburn this product gave me. I gave it a second star because it didn't make me jittery like Hydroxycut, but it didn't do anything for me (did only take it for one week) except give me horrible heartburn. Anyone want my bottle??

It gave me really good energy but as far as appetite control or less food craving that was non existent and I lost not one pound. So I would say for $100 it is not worth it. You can find a lot of things on the market for a lot less that will give you energy.

Shipping was fast and the packaging was great! The daily dose case is also really nice and useful. The pill size is average so not too big to allow for easy consumption. Cravings are a girls worst enemy and this product will help control my cravings. Even by working out and making healthier choices, I couldn’t find a product that will help tackle my cravings until I came across this product! I can’t wait to see the significant results I will get by controlling my appetite better 💪🏼

Not sure yet on how it works as far as weightloss. I'll update when I am done with the first bottle. Definitely suppresses my appetite. I recommend eating something small 10-15 min after taking, like a string cheese or a few crackers. Otherwise, I feel bloated/upset tummy like mentioned in other reviews. I don't notice a surge in energy, but I also don't feel a crash either so that is good. I still drink coffee with mine.
