Scriveiner rollerball sell there own refills £7.99 but when I purchased the pen last year I purchased SCHMIDT 888 6 for £6.45 my husband has used these refills and they are perfect both these products are on the Amazon site.The pen is a perfect gift.

**Q: Will this fit a Cross rollerball?**
A: Hi! Thanks for inquiring.  The size/dimensions of our refills are slightly smaller than Cross Gel Rollerball refills.   I'm afraid we haven't personally tested it yet and we're unable to guarantee it at the moment.

**Q: How do i install? the refill is exactly the same as the empty cartridge, but i can't get the nib to stay in position. it pushes in/ is loose**
A: Not had to change one yet let you know after i have.
