Great camera!
The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because I cannot get it to send snapshots or video to my email or cell phone. I am able to observe everything in the room in real time and found it amazingly easy to set up. I am not even remotely "techie," so I continue to be amazed that this worked. I am going to get another one to put outside and will keep this one to take with me when I go some place where I feel the need to keep an eye on things.

Very good for price
These do work very well. The only issue is they sometimes disconnect from the wifi. You have to unplug them and plug them back in. For a day trip that isnt so bad but when you are gone for a long time, then there is no way to do that. I usually unplug and plug in before i got on a long trip. For the price these do the job well.

I’ve bought over 9 cameras. They work great on my IPad Pro 12.9, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6; but not on my iPhone X. All are running iOS 11.1.1.Update: December 6, 2017:The iPhone X now supports Tenvis Cameras and the iMegaCam app.Update: June 14, 2018. All 5 cameras no longer work or receive power.Upgrade to 5 Stars!Downgrade from 5 Stars to 3 Stars. June 1, 2018. First, one camera stopped working, now 2 more are failing. I constantly have to take out the cable and reset just for one to work for a couple of days.

Tenvis quality, inexpensive IP camera, with a decent app to back it up.
The same as their other products, this camera was easy to set up and link to my phone and tablet apps. Never have connectivity problems, and it moves in all directions as expected.

Complete waste of time
It's bad enough when a product doesn't work as it's supposed to, but if you can't get back the first few steps of setup something is very wrong. I was excited when the package arrived at my house, though what followed thoroughly maimed and then killed that excitement. As instructed, I downloaded the app to my phone (step 1), hooked up the camera and waited for the beep to proceed (step 2), ran the app as instructed and clicked "add camera" (step 3), error message came after waiting a few minutes for it to load (all other steps are useless at this point). Knowing Amazon recommends we get in touch with the manufacturers when we have problems, I looked on the back of the user manual (a fold out piece of paper that's easy to read and seems pretty straight forward with how to connect and how to work the product). I emailed [email protected] as instructed, and received an error message saying that address doesn't exist. This, of course, raises some red flags to me. Why would a company reference a contact for support that cannot be contacted. I then sent a message to amazon, feeling confident that since they placed their name on this seller that I'd have my issue resolved (I've been an amazon customer since 2009 and this is the first time I've been so dissatisfied with I product I've had to return it). Since response could take up to 12 hours, I decided to exhaust all my options on my side to see if maybe I had failed to do or notice something. In the error message it told me I needed at least 2.4GHz internet connection to use. This was not referenced when I was first viewing the product. I found out that my wireless is a dual band, allowing access for both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz (the difference of which I had to look up), so I knew the connection was available. In the user manual it mentions that some symbols aren't readable by the product, so I made sure to enter a password arrangement that was encouraged (only numbers and letters) to no avail. I also made a different password between the networks in case somehow one might be disrupting the connection of the other, but that made no difference. Amazon responded within the time they said they would, and recommended I contact the seller directly, giving me information completely different from what is in the user manual. This irritated me because should I need to ever contact them again I would have to have a reference to amazon's response to actually get into contact (assuming that information isn't just another wild goose chase). I would not recommend this product or any Tenvis product to anyone mostly because of how inaccessible their customer service is but also because the rumored easy set up was for me literally impossible. Looking for similar products from more reliable sellers.

Worthless
I bought 3 of these cameras. One for our lake cabin and 2 for our home. At first they performed as stated in their advertisements. Then, Tenvis put through "several" updates to (fix bugs). With each update the cameras became less and less accessible until all that is available on my iPhone is a black screen with a spinning wheel trying to connect to network. At this point they are worthless.My advice, don't purchase this make and model.
