Panda Party Toppers 12 Pack

These are cute but some have black paint in places they shouldn't. They are semi soft and rubbery in opposed to hard plastic. This is something I like. We used them as a game for my daughters panda party. We put numbers on the bottoms and then hid them. Each kid had to search for a panda then they got a prize that went with the number.
