Like package, like protein source, mixes well with water. Not much flavor. Use with other soups for flavor.

In addition to the taste, which tastes like unwashed entrails, and the price, which is entirely too high, the macro counts and the calorie counts don’t add up. For reference, 1 gram of protein or carbohydrates has four (4) calories. 1 gram of fat has nine (9) calories. The Beef Mushroom broth states it has 70 calories per serving. It also states it has 20g of protein, 1.5g fats and 1g carbs. (20x4) + (1.5 x 9) + (1 x 4) = 97.5 The Chicken Miso states it has 80 calories per puck, with 20g protein, 2g fat, and 1g carbs. (20x4) + (2 x 9) + (1 x 4) = 102 I’m not saying that 20 calories is going to make or break someone’s day, but I have a hard time trusting a product that either overestimates their macros or underestimates their calories.

I love this bone broth, when I don't want to eat, but still want to have something nutritious. The 4 flavors are a nice variety, but I do find im drinking all 3 servings in one sitting, which is kinda too much sodium. Will continue to purchase this as the quality is superb. I would love for Brite Start to come out with these flavors in single servings. That would make this product ideal for people like me, on GLP1 meds.

Expensive for the convenience. I liked the taste. No trouble with reconstituting with hot water. Tastes better when you don’t use too much water. It was a rubbery disk and popped out easily with a spoon and dissolved as expected with hot water. Probably won’t buy again because of the high price. All four different versions tasted about the same even the chicken and beef ones.

Flavor is great, BUT…..CONFUSING! On the back of the variety pack it says under the nutritional info serving size per container 3! Not a whole disc, 3 servings PER CONTAINER, yet when I looked back it shows people using a whole disc for one serving. If you have to use a whole disk, not worth the money, if you use a 3rd of each disc for a serving then it makes more sense. I got these for protein boost in the am instead of coffee, so, if 1/3rd disc is only giving me 6.5 grams of protein, NOT HAPPY! Because AGAIN, IT SAYS 3 serves per container.

I think because I paid an exorbitant amount for these I was expecting a burst of deliciousness that would be the best thing ever. What I got was a bunch of bland flavors that could only be mixed with 8 oz. of water. I can safely say I won't be ordering these again, not even if they were offered at a tenth of the price.
