This is way more comfortable, easier to adjust, and feels more secure. I already had a clip on light from klein, so I bought the one without a light. The two work excellent together. Possibly getting a second clip on light for the back too. It has a clip on the front and on the back. So far this has made putting a hard hat on way more tolerable. I definitely recommend this product. The carbon look is great too! A+ product
