Not non stick, badly scratched.
Arrived badly scratched, plastic on baking slab was also beat up. Despite other reviewers claims of defective arrival I ordered and here I am. So badly scratched my clay was sticking to it, badly! A glass candle jar worked better than this roller. Will be returning! As a fellow entrepreneur, I hate giving bad reviews but these arrived in an unnacceptable condition.

Can’t sculpt on it without it being stuck
I really wanted to love this but I couldn’t polymerclay sticks to it way to much i used different brand clays and all of them stick to the purpose was to be able to sculpt on top of it by the time I was done it was stuck to it like glue to paper. I used my blade to remove it and it was hard clay was still left on the acrylic block and not to mention all the scratches that where left. 👎🏼 I’ve had my acrylic block from the Premo brand and it’s much better I needed something bogey for bigger projects that’s why I ordered it.

Not happy
First I would like to say that I was so disappointed in this item. When I opened it the clear tile was cut all funny and jagged on the edges. Then when I went to use it on polymer clay it got all gunky and clowdy right away. I tried everything to clean it off but it only made things worse. Now it looks like the plastic has melted spots in it. The roller seems to be holding up a little better than the tile but not by much. I ended up going out and buying a differ product.

Protective Paper = Crystal Clear!
The acrylic plastic sheet and roller work perfectly for seeing the patterns developing as I’m rolling out my clay. The sheet comes with PROTECTIVE PAPER on both sides of the acrylic slab so that it won’t get scratched before it reaches the customer. Peel it off.

Only the roller is worth the money
I, personally, was very disappointed in the set. All I really needed was the roller but I thought....hey, maybe the acrylic backing board would come in handy. I'm sure it would have, if the paper had been easy to remove. Not only could I NOT remove the paper simply by peeling it away, my attempts to soak the paper to loosen the glue failed as well, and I was left with a very sticky surface. The trash can was the next place and final resting place for that piece of crap. On the plus side, the roller is just fine. No issues with that at all.

Sheet scratches easily, roller gets clay stuck easily
I purchased these for polymer clay use.1. The roller is constantly sticking to the polyclay. I use Kato so it's not a super soft clay like Sculpey or Fimo soft. This roller simply seems to snag the clay at every pass, requiring constant cleaning.2. The sheet is smaller than it seems in the photo. The roller is already rather thin but serviceable. The sheet is as large as a small postcard. Useful for manipulating small projects but very tiny.3. I made the mistake of treating the sheet like a cutting board so the scratches with the razor are my fault. That being said, even the simple act of scraping at the surface with a plastic knife leaves clouding scratches. Again, my fault, not the manufacturer's.Overall, not a bad set. Decent enough for a starter clayist but nothing to write home about.

Rough to Smooth
I bought this set to use for rolling out clay. I haven’t rolled clay out on the square acrylic piece yet, but thought it might work if I needed a small surface. I was more interested in the roller. I was surprised when the roller arrived with no protective wrapping. That said it is what I wanted and in good shape other than a rough spot near an edge. The small square acrylic piece was another story. While it did have protective plastic on both sides all of the edges were still raw and rough. One edge is not even, so after using sandpaper to smooth the edges down I’m statisfied for what I’ll use these items for. However, the manufacturer/seller could’ve done a much better job smoothing the square piece.

What is this residue on the roller?
Both pieces are a nice acrylic as expected. The flat piece is great, works as it should. The roller for some reason came with some residue stuck to it that I am having a hard time getting off even with the blades. I don't know what was stuck to it or melted into it but this little roller is all scratched up now from me trying to clean it. I bought it because I needed a smaller one due to my hands not working as they should anymore. You get what you pay for I guess.
