Nice AC Unit Cools Average
I’ve bought two of these units. The pros- it’s a nice design with four different settings for cooling, dehumidifying, fan, and an eco mode. I like to he swinging door at the top. It’s got an a slightly better design than it’s competition. It’s a space saver with the ability to go anywhere- portable. No leaks on hose and fits wellThe cons-It’s loud- I have mine in the kitchen and it’s hard to hear over it in conversation. It produces at least three good sized buckets of water a day (frequent changing of heavy water buckets)Could use improvement on cooling. The temperature is always 70-88ish on unit. The technology could be better on both the reading of temp in room and then the setting of the goal of temp to the unit actually cooling it to that temp.

Perfect 3in1 AC unit for my room over garage.
I love my Portable Air Conditioner from VAGKRI. I've used it for my extra room above the garage, previously the room was just too hot during the summer, so we used it for storage--but now I installed this AC unit and it's been a game changer. We not turned this room into a workout room which has been great! This unit from VAGKRI is 12000 BTU which should do up to 550 square feet, our room is 12" by 15" which is about 195 SQ ft; this unit will chill the room within 10 minutes. Some stand out features:1. Three personalized functions: Cool, Dehumidifier and Fan Mode2. On front of unit has built-in internal temp-sensor (LED Panel & Full-Function Remote)3. 80-degree wide-angle airflow4. 24-hours Timing Switch5. High quality air conditioner can operate at 52 dB at low settings.6. Dehumidify up to 2.4L per hour.7. Removable & Washable Air Filter. My parents home recently had their AC unit go out, so I was able to bring this unit over to their house to cool it down until the AC people come and repair their unit. That was very useful and quick solution to their problem, I like that this was light enough to move, small enough to put in SUV and move it quickly. This unit is very good quality made and I feel like it'll last a long time. I did attach this to a smart plug so that if I'm ever wanting to turn off unit, I can use my app to turn off the plug. It's not ideal but it works if you want that ability. This is a great unit for the price and will cool down almost any room you throw at it. The noise is not annoying and loud at all. You'll love the convenience and quality of this AC unit.

Worked for a month.
It worked for about a month. I have a 100 sqft apartment in the city. This A/C cooled ok for about a month. The noise level SUCKS. You can barely hear over it, have to crank the TV. It provides decent white noise at night...until it reaches the set temp in the middle of the night and shuts off and on every 15 minutes or so. Not good for a bedroom/office like I'm using it. It worked like that for about 30 days. 2 days ago late at night it decided it wouldn't go below 75 without shutting itself off. I checked and found the coils froze. So I thawed it and drained it. Since then it doesn't cool anything. As soon as I turn it on it starts freezing on the inside while I'm dripping in sweat. Last night it got down to 83 in my room. It was 78 outside. This morning I thawed it again and drained two 8 oz glasses into a little cookie sheet on the floor. Left it off all day. Drained another glass from it when I got home before turning it on. Turned it on it was 84 in here after an hour it said 87 and it was already covered in thick ice like an unkept freezer after years. Turned it off after 3 hours of unbearable heat. Thawed it quickly and drained another glass full of water. Its been running again for two more hours... still 87, outside is 77. It is already covering itself with ice. I've done my best to maintain it and followed all trouble shooting steps. I'm an engineer and operating this machine seems beyond my skill set. I contacted manufacturer support. Waiting 48 hours for a response. I've been literally dripping in sweat in my room trying to work and sleep for the last 72 hours already. Hopefully I'm an idiot and the tech support can explain how I missed something simple and my space can be habitable again within the next 48 hours. If not it's going to be a hot July and I'll be sweating my self away until I shill it another stack of cash to cool off for a few weeks. I'm diabetic so I don't do well in the heat. If they fix my problem before I stroke out I'll update my review. As of right now it has 1 star, because I can't give it less.

3 in 1 function is really good
This box is well designed and safe. I like that it can be moved anywhere in the room. If it is turned on with the fan function, it will be cool. When I turn on the fan and dehumidifier, the large pipes are not installed. It will be a little hot at the back, so I have to install a large pipe to dissipate heat outside the window. The air conditioner feels cold air coming out within a few seconds of turning on the air conditioner. My bedroom and other rooms in the house need a portable air conditioner. I love how easy it is and I can move it from room to room with no problem. It comes with an easy to clean filter and a nice remote, really love the 3 in 1

It's REALLY loud.
I bought this as a replacement for a Black & Decker that had a bad compressor and was making a lot of noise. This is much louder than the broken unit, by far. It's made from lightweight plastic and all of the air is forced out through a small vent on the top. (smaller than a shoebox) There's no way this was ever going to be quiet. I've been on flight decks that were quieter than this thing. It also decides when it wants to run or not. It even has a label that says the a/c will take a few minutes before it starts, but it doesn't always start in spite of that. Sometimes you need to run it with only the fan for a while, then switch to a/c mode for it to kick in. If you turn it on and it's already on a/c, it runs the fan only and the a/c never starts. It's a chore to get it working sometimes. When you do get it working, it does cool a 20'x20' room nicely. But again, it's REALLY loud! Don't expect to watch TV in the same room without subtitles. You've been warned.
