John Ross didnt read the label correctly just FYI. It is 25g of protein for every 35g (34.92) scoop = so about 71%, still a pretty good ratio. FYI.

Q: Where do they source their whey? Is it grass fed cows?

All dairy cows are fed grass, but conventionally ranched dairy cows are fed only 50-80% grass ( depending on the age of the cow and other factors ). This particular product simply CANNOT be labeled "From 100% grass fed milk". That's all. Frankly, I think it's price gouging to charge twice as much more (per pound) than this product for a WPC powder that was sourced from a cow on a grass-only diet.

Q: what is the difference between the isolate and the concentrate?

Per Healthline.com: Whey Isolate Processing: More Protein: 23 grams Carbs: 1 gram Fat: 0 grams Lactose: Up to 1 gram Cost: Higher Whey Concentrate Processing: Less Protein: 18 grams Carbs: 3.5 grams Fat: 1.5 grams Lactose: Up to 3.5 grams Cost : Lower In addition to having lower total carbohydrate content, whey isolate also has lower lactose content. This means that it could be a better choice for those who are lactose intolerant. Nevertheless, the amount of lactose in both forms of whey protein is likely to be low enough for those who are lactose intolerant to use.
