Machine is very loud. I can’t get the vacuum sealer to work. The regular sealer part seals but the plastic sticks to the heat strip and when you pull it off the heat strip pulls away from the sealer. I can’t imagine doing this numerous times without the heat strip coming completely off. I would not recommend buying this item.

NO EMAIL ADDRESS WHERE TO GO FOR ANSWERS OR REPLACMENT PARTS .I EXPECTED BETTER FROM AMAZON. I WILL USE IT TILL IT BREAKS THEN TOSS IT .BUT I WILL NOT FORGET.

I liked the fast delivery. I ordered a new one received and I received a used one had no plastic roll with it. Best part it doesn’t work! What a waste of my time and money.
