There are four main supports that hold everything together. They look identical, but they are not. Two are angled one direction, two the other. These will attach later in the assembly process to the short pieces that that hold casters. Get this wrong when you start assembly and it will be impossible the attach the base. This is very easy to overlook when beginning to assemble the overall rack, If one accidentally reverses these supports, the net result will be the short cross supports that bold the casters parallel to the floor cannot be attached properly to the predrilled holes. If this happens start over because the main supports have been reversed.
