Looks like these scammers got booted or left before the refund flood, the textured look gave the appearance that it was the fabric used by Jansport, but my daughter wanted Fortnite. I thought I found the perfect backpack when she loved the color, then it came..... this is flimsy, plastic/fabric(?) blend. I hope the scum that produce this deceptive low level garbage contract terminal VD.

Strap has already broken n havent even had longer then 30 days..my nephew was very disappointed

I wouldn’t give it a star if i could... I have bought 2 of these giving it a second chance but they both have broke within 3 weeks of an elementary student using it. Don’t waste your money

Broke the first day we used it, my son was super disappointed

I bought this backpack for my 4th grader but after his first day using it, the straps that connect the back to the shoulder pads became unstitched completely on one side and started to tear away on the other side. Very disappointing.

The straps broke within a week

The seam on the strap came unsoewed I had to sow it back from heavy books .
