Great gluten free, (relatively) low carb alternative to wheat flour
I used this flour to make low-carb muffins and they are DELICIOUS. The flavor of cashews is very delicate and the natural buttery quality of the nut made for muffins that are fluffy and moist. I highly recommend this product. Incidentally, cashews are kind of a high-carb nut, so I went back to this same vendor and purchased pecan flour to try to cut carbs yet again. It hasn't arrived yet, but I have high hopes.

Cashew Flour
The cashew flour is great. It arrived promptly even with covid delays, It's finely ground, one of the best prices I've I've found and the package reseals. the only change I'd make is where the resealable zipper is located on the package. It's towards the front vs on top like most bagged goods, so It's akward to pour out but I'll just dump it into another container. Would and wil buy again. Maybe offering larger sizes would be a good idea as well? I'd buy in bulk.

A Wonderful Addition to Chaffles (add only about 1 tablespoon for each egg you use)
I add about 1 tablespoon to my chaffle mix (the basic mix is 1 egg and 1/2 cup shredded cheese) -- what a wonderful addition to the flavor and texture of chaffles.Going further, sometimes I toss in about 6 grams or chopped pecans, or about 6 grams of crumbled bacon, or even both -- and a few drops of sugar-free maple syrup will keep your recipe in the keto mode but add some very nice flavor.Or, going for a different taste, some chopped green onion or shredded zucchini (not very much) are good fits with the slightly more crunchy pecan-flour-added chaffle.Just remember, the more meal or flour that you add, the more likely it is that you may need to add some oil (which is so essential to a regular waffle recipe). Some of the nut oils, such as a walnut oil, are a great complement to use with the pecan flour.

Arrived quickly
Product arrived quickly, but the packaging had a hole in it and there was product inside the mailing back when I opened it. Didn't lose too much and a quick duct tape fix patched it right up. Probably happened during shipping. Product was good.

gluten free & delicious
I have used this flour in pancakes, waffles, and cupcakes and all have turned out exceptional. It has a great texture for a nut flour...just a little course, not as much as I initially expected..and silky. I works very well for gluten-free baking. I am celiac and have had no issues from this flour. Also, the baked goods I've made have a very delicious depth of flavor that my gluten-eating friends have commented about when trying them. One family member commented that it was the first gluten-free pancakes that she would eat again and were truly yummy, not just "yummy for a gluten-free alternative". I will be continuing to buy this for my pantry to have for my baking needs.

Makes a great Texas Sheet Cake!
Sometimes I want to use an alternative to almond flour. I made a Texas Sheet Cake with this product and it turned out fantastic! The key for me was mixing the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until wet and then getting it into the oven.

Important item for my SCDiet
Uniformity of flavor, compact data on bag and acceptable price for an item I use it to make some of my SCDiet recipes. I refrigerate it and tape the bag info on the front of the Mason jar. Can not find it in local health food stores or my usual online vendors. But Name of Company entered in search brought me to Amazon. Most nuts are ascidic but cashews are alkaline forming so it is my most used nut and having it available to use as a flour is great!

It looks like they forgot to clean cashews before making the flour
I wanted to make Kaju Katali (Cashew fudge) and bought this to save time but won't buy it again. It was clear that they powdered the dark cashew shell along with the nut. Its not clean bright cashew powder but has a lot of brown shell pieces too which made my dish a bit bitter.
