I enjoy these Garden Medley quinoa cups. They are tasty and satisfying. I use them to help with quick lunches as I work from home. I usually add some more quinoa, but doing that causes the quinoa I add to not be completely cooked. You can either add water and microwave or you can add boiling water and let it sit a while. I like the goofy looking llama wearing a Peruvian style hat on the packages.

Bought an assortment ..... tried what I was sure to be my "favorite" first. Totally inedible, taste like I wold imagine soggy saw dust to taste

I'm always looking for quick and healthy lunch items that don't break my budget. This fits that.Pros:- Real, healthy ingredients.- Easy to make.- Reasonably priced.- Tastes good!Cons:- Slightly salty, even for my taste, and I love salt! (I am glad it isn't underseasoned, though!)

There's a bit of a stuffy barn smell to it, from the presumably freeze-dried veggies, but it's filling & goes well with chicken. I just wish Keen One made a PLAIN quinoa cup, with nothing else, so that I could dress it up how I wanted. I've got garlic, ginger, coconut oil, & Bragg Sprinkle that I would have preferred to the seasonings and other veggies it came with, though I can see how others might prefer the convenience of an all-in-one approach.-Account holder's progeny

I have only so far tried the garden medley variety, but I like this one so well that I decided to leave a review early on. The flavor is amazing - very heavy on garlic which I like! The fact that these are organic is important to me as well as the fact that these cups are a very easy to prepare (just add boiling water) side dish or snack/meal by themselves. I will be ordering more of these.

I first bought a multipack of these cups and was pleasantly surprised by quality of flavor and ingredients. They are all pretty tasty and nutritious. You can prepare them in minutes and have a delicious gourmet snack, quick lunch, or perfect side dish.

I'm a vegetarian and a big fan of quinoa. I make it at home all the time. I thought it would be convenient to have some instant cups in my office for a quick lunch. I've had quinoa cups from other vendors that were very good. The flavors listed here looked good to me, and the reviews were very positive.This just isn't very good. The flavors are plenty strong, but the quinoa and vegetables never seem to cook (and I've left them sitting in the cup for as much as 15 minutes; I've also tried adding more water than the package says). The spices also have a stale taste. I've forced my way through five of the six flavors so far but they all have the same problem. I thought maybe I had somehow gotten a package of expired goods but the "best by" date on the bottom says "17 APR 21". Maybe it means 1921, because that's how stale they taste.

Yum! I really enjoyed these Garden Medley Quinoa cups for lunch. As a busy teacher, it can be a challenge to find lunch options that are quick, but healthy. I also plan to have these cups as a tasty veggie option for a dinner side, or while traveling (airport layovers or camping). The garden medley is really flavorful, and while not necessary, can also be enjoyed with a light sprinkle of feta or Parmesan cheese. I'm excited to try some of the other flavors offered for my next purchase. Thanks Keen One!
