Very happy with the purchase
Very happy with the purchase! We were nervous about buying this product since there was no review, but we have it a try anyway, all friends who came for the karaoke loves these microphone and asks me where do I get it from, they are so impressed, I am so glad that we enjoyed the design and the quality!!!

Good mics, but poorly matched by manufactures
Used for home karaoke. Love the recharging stand storage Great fit and finish but couldnt get both mics to work at same time. Small feedback issues. After a week trying to find problem, it was noticed on inside of battery compartment that they were both on same frequency. Cannot change it. Upgrading to better Geardon brand

Try to avoid this machine
This is the worse Karaoke machine I have ever used. Following are the problems I experienced with this junk machine. Try to avoid it:1) Machine freezes very often. You have to turn the Karaoke box off and on to reset the system.2) Wireless pairing is a big issue. My iPhone and HDKaraoke machine got disconnected every few songs and can't be re-paired. You have to power reset the machine to re-pair the connection.3) High percentage of songs have no vocal.4) High percentage of songs with the vocal ca't be turned on/off.5) Many songs drop in the middle of singing.6) Song output level varies a lot and you have to readjust amplifier output between 10%~60% for almost each song to get to comfortable level.7) In two hours of singing, I have to spend 90 minute to deal with above mentioned issues.

It is poor quality and HDKaraoke is not worth to do business with.
I bought the dual wireless microphone UHF-100. The sound quality is very poor comparing to other products in the price range. The wireless range is much shorter than advertised, the sound drops frequently and also interferes with other equipment. I am disappointed with them. I returned them right away. However, HDKaraoke charged me a restocking fee of 15% of the original price and the shipping cost. Overall, HDKaraoke charged me about 50% of the purchased price for a return. I feel it is very unfair for customer and is a scam because of the product is falsely advertised. I spoke with the manager but the customer service at HDKaraoke is next to none. My sincere advice for any potential buyers is to stay away from HDKaraoke's products and it is not worth to do business with.
