I'm a longtime user and firm believer in Run Gum!! This product is a "must have" for any long run or race!!

Some caffeine gums are harsh on the inside of your mouth. No so for Run Gum, which provides its caffeine hit in a much gentler manner. Love the fruit flavor, and buying the larger box means having it available when needed or wanted. Highly recommended.
