Free delivery on eligible orders. Review: 2011 E350 XLT installed in under half hour with the help of my 6 year old son. Every bolt and hole lined up perfectly. Instructions are written very small and not intuitive. But was able to manage to make heads and tails of it. Review: Item arrived with damaged box but hitch was ok except for a small scratch, but hey, it's a trailer hitch! All fasteners were in a Ziplock bag and taped to the hitch and arrived fine. Used a 2x4 and my floor jack and lifted the hitch up and installed the bolts as per instruction diagrams. This hitch fits several different models so you need to pay attention to which diagram you use. The 3 holes per side that the diagram said to use lined up perfect but so did a 4th hole. I went to the hardware and got 2 more bolts and installed an extra one on each side. What the heck! The slight "V" shape of the main round beam of the hitch is perfect to allow the spare tire to fit with about 1/2" clearance. Installation total was about 45 minutes by myself. Couldn't have been easier! I needed some wedge shaped spacers to make 2 of the bolts flushly bind the receiver to the frame. You can find the kit sold as a 2626 (or something). Mine worked but i still regret not making the spacers myself. The spacers fit under the frame in a small recession closest to the rear bumper. Be ready to drill holes in your frame too. Not a super simple install. **Q: Mine never came with hardware did enyone elses not come with eny hardware like bolts or spacers or washers or nuts ?** A: yes, should have had a bag full of bolts and nuts, everything you would need to mount it. Contact the supplier and ask for them! **Q: does this fit 2007 HHR ?** A: I don't think so.. This fits my 2005 Ford E-150 Van I'm thinking this will be a little wider for an HHR **Q: Will this fit 2014 ford e250** A: I had mine on a 2011 E250 I believe the 2014 are the same. Had to drill 2 holes. Of course it’s bulletproof. I had to find a longer hitch to be able to use it. Luckily I had one.
