It works just like Bisquick. It tastes the same; although it does have a bit less heavy texture; has way less carbs and is comparable when using it in a variety of recipes. ( there are recipes on the box). It is a bit pricey , but it is worth it to us. We've made pot pies; dumplings; cheese buns etc, and they all taste great! I would recommend this product if you are concerned about too many carbs in your diet.
