Tasty and unique
I never had Tupelo honey and cannot say how authentic this is, but I can say that it is definitely not the honey bear honey, and has a unique flavor which is growing on me and has enhanced my collection of honeys that I am currently trying from around the world. Some of the honeys I have bought are creamy and some are clear. This one is clear, but not overly runny and has a nice mouth feel to it. The consistency is a lot like the sourwood and galberry honey I have tried, although the flavors are all different. Can you tell I eat honey by the spoon? I do, and I also love it over coconut yogurt (I'm dairy intolerant). I am pleased with this purchase.

The good stuff!
This is a really good honey. I also appreciate that they list it as a blend as opposed to most sellers who blend tupelo with less expensive alternatives. This one is nice and thick with a great buttery taste. Even has some of the green cast prevalent in Tupelo honey. In short, but this one, you'd be hard pressed to find better Tupelo at this price point!

Great gift
Just as an FYI, I usually use a raw honey that is very opaque and thick. This raw honey is liquid. It is delicious and the packaging is beautiful for gifting. I was curious to taste it because of the rarity of Tupelo honey, and I didn’t pick up on the “hints of cinnamon” as others did. But it is very very good.

Very good honey.
While I don't consider myself a honey connoisseur, I do consider myself an enthusiast. This is very good honey, however I don't believe it to be true Tupelo Honey.I'm not a botanist either, so I don't know how closely related black gum trees are to white tupelo trees. It's also blended with holly. Also if it were true tupelo I would expect it to be more expensive. It has light floral flavors that gently melt into subtle buttery sweetness, not overpowering at all.I do like the tower style jar, and it does come in a nice gift box.

Love It
It's great. This is my 3rd bottle. I love that it's glass. Love that it's truly is "Raw". Unheated, unfiltered. The taste is unusually mild for a raw honey; closer to a clover-honey taste. These honey-makers aren't just playing around... they're producing a good-for-you, good-tasting necessity. If you're not aware of all the health benefits of Tupelo honey (in particular), look into.

A Savory Honey
This is a more savory than sweet honey. It has sweetness but definitely not as sweet as your typical clover honey. It's just got like a tang to it when you eat it, that's unusual. It's okay, but I wouldn't prefer it, personally.
